Patients should bring an eligible GP care-plan referral and Medicare card. The patient pays the consultation fee and receives the eligible rebate separately.
We accept DVA Gold Card and eligible White Card referrals.
We can work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. We are not a registered NDIS provider.
