Workers compensation & CTP podiatry in Burwood

If you have a NSW workers compensation or CTP (Green Slip) claim, we can assess and treat your foot or lower-limb injury once your insurer has approved it in writing. The first appointment is 1 hour; please call (02) 9701 0477 to book it.

For approved claims, we work with your insurer or claims service provider (for example icare's agents and NSW CTP insurers), providing assessment, treatment advice and reports as required.

Before your first visit

  1. Insurer approval

Podiatry isn't on the list of treatments you can have without approval, so ask your claims adviser or case manager for written approval before your first visit. Your insurer, case manager or doctor can email the approval and referral to [email protected]. Email isn't a secure portal; if they'd rather send it securely or by fax, call us.

  2. Your details

Bring your claim number and your case manager's name, phone and email.

  3. Book by phone

Call (02) 9701 0477. The first appointment is 1 hour, and costs are agreed beforehand.

After your visit

When further treatment is needed, we send your insurer an Allied Health Treatment Request (AHTR). Clinical updates go to your case manager and GP.

Emergency, or a foot that suddenly turns cold, pale or blue? Call 000.
