How we work
Care starts with listening to the patient, understanding what matters in daily life and assessing before recommending treatment. Standard consultations are 30 minutes.
What clinicians can expect
- Time to assess, explain findings and agree on a sensible next step.
- Practical clinical support for new graduates and experienced podiatrists.
- Systems intended to reduce avoidable paperwork and keep attention on patient care.
- A varied patient community and scope across nail, skin, diabetes-related, musculoskeletal, orthotic and rehabilitation care.
Clinical philosophy
There are no treatment targets or prescribed treatment scripts. Recommendations follow the assessment, the available evidence, the patient’s goals and an open discussion of alternatives, costs and follow-up.
Team and environment
We value respectful communication, clinical curiosity and asking for another perspective when it helps the patient. The clinic is in Burwood and the team provides care in English, Arabic, Cantonese, Mandarin and Vietnamese.
