- Continue to the rear building. Follow the internal access path rather than stopping at the street-front rooms.

Parking and access
- Accessibility: a step-free route from Railway Parade to the treatment room, with lift access to Level 1 and limited accessible street parking in front of 16 Railway Parade. Spaces are subject to availability.
- Inside the clinic: an accessible toilet on the same level as the clinic, doorways about 1,000 mm wide, room in the treatment room for a wheelchair or walking frame, and a treatment chair that lowers and tilts for easier transfers. The lift is large enough for a powered wheelchair.
- Railway Parade: paid street parking; check local signs and time limits.
- Burwood Plaza: parking is available nearby. Check the car park’s entry signs for current fees and hours.
- Westfield Burwood: parking is available nearby. Check current fees, time limits, member conditions and access before travelling.
We welcome people from Burwood and neighbouring Inner West suburbs, including Burwood Heights, Strathfield, Croydon, Croydon Park, Enfield, Ashfield, Concord and Five Dock, to our Railway Parade clinic.
Coming in for the first time?
You can bring a family member, carer or support person, and they’re welcome to stay with you in the treatment room. Just let us know when you book.
Bring your usual shoes, sports shoes if relevant, any reports and orthotics you use. For a GP care-plan visit, bring your referral.

Need us outside clinic hours?
Not for emergencies: a foot that suddenly becomes cold, pale or blue needs 000; a new wound with diabetes, spreading redness or fever needs same-day care from a GP, an urgent care clinic or the emergency department.
Online booking is available anytime. If you call while the clinic is closed, our automated receptionist can take your details for general booking enquiries. It does not provide medical advice; our clinic team follows up during opening hours when needed.

Our front desk speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin; between them our podiatrists also speak Arabic and Vietnamese.
