Standard consultations are 30 minutes; procedures may take longer. Check your practitioner’s fee and any funding requirements below.
No referral is needed for a private appointment.
What your consultation fee covers
Your 30-minute consultation covers assessment, relevant findings and practical recommendations. If no further treatment is needed, or another service is more appropriate, we’ll explain that. Devices and procedures are quoted separately.

Bring an eligible referral, pay the visit fee and receive the Medicare rebate separately.
Consultation fees
Jasem Waizani is our Associate Podiatrist; Omar Mohamad is our Senior Podiatrist; Jonathan Ho is our Principal Podiatrist.
Your first consultation is listed as “initial”; later visits are “subsequent” or follow-up visits. Choose the right appointment type. For separately quoted treatment, ask whether fitting, dressings, adjustments and reviews are included.

A 10% surcharge applies to Saturday appointments. Saturday hours are 9:30am – 12:30pm.

Do you bulk bill Medicare podiatry appointments?
We charge the consultation fees shown above rather than bulk billing our care-plan appointments. You pay the full fee at your visit; the eligible Medicare rebate returns separately. The table shows your cost after the rebate.
Does paying for an assessment commit me to treatment?
No. The consultation fee pays for the consultation—not an obligation to buy orthotics or further treatment. Advice, monitoring or reviewing an existing device may be appropriate. Already have orthotics that are uncomfortable?
If avoiding an out-of-pocket cost is your priority, ask prospective providers whether they bulk bill your eligible visit. That may be the right option for you. What to compare when choosing podiatry care.

Cancellations: give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellation or non-attendance may incur up to the consultation fee. Illness or genuine emergencies are exempt; let us know. terms & conditions
Funding pathways
Funding can take some working through. Tell us which scheme you use when booking, and we’ll help clarify eligibility, referral requirements and costs before care begins.
Private health & HICAPS
HICAPS is available for eligible same-visit claims. The clinic participates in Bupa Members First and HCF More for Feet. Benefits depend on your cover, item eligibility and annual limits; check with your fund before treatment.
Medicare / GPCCMP eligibility
Bring a valid GP Chronic Condition Management Plan referral and Medicare card. Your GP determines eligibility; annual service limits apply. See the payment steps and rebate table above.
DVA
We accept Veteran Gold Card and eligible White Card referrals. Coverage depends on your entitlement and referral; contact us before booking to confirm the arrangement.
NDIS — plan managed & self managed
We accept eligible plan-managed and self-managed participants, not NDIA-managed funding. Share your plan manager’s details so we can agree the budget and invoicing with you before treatment.
Workers Compensation / SIRA & insurers
Insurer-funded assessment needs prior written approval. Send claim and Case Manager details through the agreed referral process; we coordinate approved costs, paperwork and reports.
Support at Home & Aged Care
Care depends on your approved plan, budget and provider agreement. Ask your coordinator to agree services and payment with us before booking.

Separately quoted treatment
Custom orthotics, nail surgery, shockwave and CAM walker boots are quoted at consultation. Discuss alternatives, timing and whether fitting, dressings, adjustments and reviews are included before you consent. Orthotic costs and inclusions.
