A flat feet check is a 30-minute appointment for adults and children whose arches look low, or whose feet, ankles or knees ache. We look at how your arch behaves when you stand and walk, and at your shoes, then tell you whether anything needs doing. Many flat feet need no treatment.
- Look at your arches standing, walking and rising onto your toes
- Check the shoes and any insoles you already wear
- Explain whether anything needs doing: often footwear or exercises; orthotics only if they add value

How much does a flat feet check cost?
It's a standard 30-minute appointment: $112 with Jasem or Omar, or $162 with Jonathan ($179 on Saturdays). If orthotics are recommended, they're quoted separately before anything is made: Essentials (insole modification), Mid-tier (semi-custom) or Premium (custom).
Can you check my child's flat feet?

What should I bring?
The shoes you wear most (school shoes for children), sports shoes if relevant, any insoles or orthotics, and shorts or trousers that roll up above the knee.
